To place an order, you must:

We sell:
250+ varieties of plants (coconut, mango, jackfruit, fruit trees, ornamentals, etc.)
Organic fertilizers and farming supplies
Plants are natural, living organisms. They may vary in:
Size (±10–15% difference from photos)
Color and leaf patterns
Shape, branching, and leaf count
Seasonal appearance
Photos are for reference only.
These natural variations are not defects.
All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹)
GST is included
Prices may change without notice (confirmed orders are not affected)
Advance Payment Only
No Cash on Delivery (COD)
UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM, etc.)

We do not store card or bank details

We may reject orders before shipping due to:
Incorrect address
Payment issues
Product unavailability
Suspected fraud
Before Shipping: Contact us immediately. Refund available (minus gateway fees).
After Shipping: No cancellations allowed. No Returns Policy applies.
Delivery available Pan-India (where courier service exists)
Some remote locations may not be serviceable
5–7 business days after shipping
10–14 days for remote areas
Delays may occur due to weather, strikes, or courier issues
Tracking information provided
Calculated at checkout based on location and order size
Paid by the customer
Provide a correct and complete address
Be available to receive the parcel
Inspect package immediately upon delivery
We are not responsible for:
Wrong or incomplete address
Customer not available for delivery
Customer delays in picking up courier parcels
Damage due to waiting in courier facilities
No Returns on live plants (perishable goods)

Report shipping damage within 48 hours with photos
No refunds if plants die after delivery
You are responsible for plant care after delivery
Once plants reach you, you are fully responsible for their health.
You must provide:
Correct watering
Proper sunlight
Suitable soil and drainage
Appropriate temperature
Pest and disease control
Proper transplanting / repotting

Plant performance depends on your care and local conditions.
Plants may vary naturally in:
Size (±10–15%)
Color and leaf patterns
Branching and shape
Seasonal appearance
Dormancy (e.g., leaf drop in winter)
These variations are normal and not defects.
We are not responsible for:
❌ Plant death after delivery
❌ Natural variations
❌ Weather damages at your location
❌ Pest/disease issues after delivery
❌ Poor care or unsuitable conditions
❌ Transplant shock
❌ Delivery delays due to courier/weather
❌ Events beyond our control
Our maximum liability is limited to the amount you paid for the product.
Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our control, including:
Natural disasters
Epidemics and health emergencies
Government orders, lockdowns, strikes
Courier/logistics failures
War, civil unrest, terrorism
Extreme weather

You may not:

Use our materials commercially
Republish without written permission

These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
You may approach the Consumer Dispute Redressal Forum in your state under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
All other disputes fall under the jurisdiction of courts in Maharashtra, India.
