No Returns Policy

This No Returns Policy applies to all purchases made from Vanarai Farm & Nursery.
Please read carefully before placing an order.


1. Important: No Returns on Live Plants

ALL LIVE PLANTS, SAPLINGS, AND SEEDS ARE NON-RETURNABLE AND NON-REFUNDABLE.
Why Plants Cannot Be Returned
  • Plants are perishable goods, similar to fresh food

  • They deteriorate quickly during return transit

  • Returned plants may carry pests or diseases

  • We cannot verify plant care or handling after delivery

  • Consumer Protection Act, 2019 allows exceptions for perishable items


2. No Refunds Will Be Provided For

❌ Change of mind or buyer’s remorse
❌ Plants dying after delivery (care becomes customer’s responsibility)
❌ Natural variation in size, shape, color, or growth
❌ Plants not growing/flowering/fruiting (depends on your care)
❌ Claims raised after 48 hours of delivery
❌ Transplant shock or temporary wilting (normal plant behavior)


3. Shipping Damage – Replacement/Refund Only If Reported in 48 Hours

If your plants arrive damaged due to shipping, you MUST report it within 48 hours.

Step 1: Document Immediately

Send clear photos showing:

  • Outer package (all sides)

  • Damaged plants (2–3 angles each)

  • Shipping label with your name + tracking number

Step 2: Send Evidence
Step 3: We Review Your Claim
  • Review time: 2–3 business days

  • If approved: Replacement or Refund

  • Refund time: 7–10 business days

  • Refund method: Original payment mode only

⛔ Claims submitted after 48 hours will not be accepted.


4. Customer Responsibility After Delivery

Once plants are delivered, you are 100% responsible for their health and survival.

Plants require:

  • Proper watering (correct quantity & timing)

  • Right sunlight exposure

  • Appropriate soil and drainage

  • Suitable temperature

  • Pest protection

  • Correct transplanting methods

We Do NOT Guarantee
  • Plant survival after delivery

  • Growth, flowering, or fruiting

  • Adaptation to your local climate

  • Any specific results from planting

Success depends entirely on your care and environmental conditions.


5. Order Cancellation

Before Shipping
  • Contact us immediately: +91 93245 14290

  • Full refund available (minus payment gateway charges)

After Shipping
  • Order cannot be canceled

  • You must accept delivery

  • No Returns Policy will apply


6. Force Majeure

We are not responsible for delays or issues caused by:

  • Natural disasters (floods, storms, earthquakes)

  • Epidemics or health emergencies

  • Government restrictions, strikes, lockdowns

  • Courier failures beyond our control

  • Extreme weather affecting delivery

We will try our best, but refunds or guarantees cannot be provided in such situations.
